Street Corner Kitchen announces its next batch of the street food concept with a New England styled Mussel Bake infused with French influences on Sunday, 2nd September for one day only. Taking inspiration from the great local produce at this time of the season, Street Corner Kitchen is hosting this day affair in association with Copenhagen Cooking and partners, and sponsored by Copenhagen Seafood and Vilsund Muslinger.
For this select occasion, Street Corner Kitchen is partnering with chefs Bachir and Luke of Øbro Spisehus. With both tracing roots abroad, the duo, led by Bachir (of France) will cook up a steaming pot of international flavors.
