What is mind? Is it a product of the world or is the world a product of the mind? Does mind occupy space, or is space created by mind? Does time change the mind, or can mind change time?
These types of questions may have given rise to interesting speculative considerations, but within Buddha’s teachings we can find clear and extraordinarily beneficial answers. Through following the practices known as Mahamudra we can learn to experience the nature of our mind directly in meditation. What we discover is a limitless mind, in particular a mind of limitless potential, capable of universal love, profound wisdom, and unceasing joy.
In this course Kadam Morten will guide us in simple but profound meditations on the mind, through which we can experience its limitless and pure nature for ourselves. This experience will enable us to understand experientially our potential for transformation, and how changing our mind will change our world. We will also discover how it is possible to purify our mind, and consequently change both our past and our future. This course will help us to understand our life as a place of virtually limitless possibilities, and show how we can begin now to create the causes for the life we want, and eventually the enlightened life that is our highest potential.
