" Just as the business card promises : "taste IS their busines!"
We came by Chit Chat by chance last night and found out that this wonderful little french/italian place is one of those hidden treasures that Copenhagen keeps surprising us with.

The food was nothing short of excellent. The veal, glaced with the possibly best sauce I have ever had, melted in our
mouths like icecream.
As starters before the veal, we were offered Lobsterbisque and a great wine recommendation.
We finished the evening with a special dessert, a little warm chocolate cake filled with melting chocolate cream and homemade vanilla icecream on the side.

All in all we had a wonderful evening , the food was great, the wine suited the dishes and the service has been sweet, smiling and attentive.
We'll definetly come back on our next visit to Copenhagen. Brasserie Chit Chat is THE secret ingredient to a wonderful evening!
