" Worst experience ever in Copenhagen. Bad and slow service. Took them 40 minutes to bring dessert after main course, and the worst part is that 5 minutes after it was served the waiter came up and said we had to leave because the table was booked!! Excuse me??? Are you kidding or what? It took them 40 minutes to bring a Tiramisú and then I had to swallow it down my throat fast due to their delay? Asked to talk to the manager, and it only got worse, she came to the table, told us off, said we had 9 minutes to leave it! I have never seen such a lack of respect with a client who only was asking for a few more minutes to finish dessert. Besides that, they don't let you know in the booking confirmation email nor in the SMS that you have a certain period to be there. I am very unsatisfied, feeling disrespected and frustrated with the place. I will make sure everyone in my network knows how bad this place is, in special Martine the impolite manager! Never going back again, food isn't that amazing to compensate for this disgusting treatment!!!!!!! "
